FRESH Vacancies
If you would like to get more out of FRESH, meet new people and get to know the company relations of FRESH, getting active with FRESH is the oppurtunity ! This will give you more feeling with the Real Estate sector and will give you more experience before you graduate.
We have several committees in which you can participate. Each committee has its own specific character in terms of activities they organise and the amount of time they ask. If you are interested in getting active in one of these committees please e-mail your motivation and CV to info@getfresh.org. After recieving your application we'll contact you for a meeting to get acquainted.
Current vacancies
Board 2008/2009 - whole year
Get involved in the daily board activities! If you choose to be a board member you do not have to have a lot of experience.; the most important thing is that you want to get a lot of experience. The board exists of five functions: Chairman, Company Relations, Student Relations, Finance and International. During one year you will set out the lines from a professional foundation. You will get to know a lot of students, Young Professionals and Real Estate companies. You will learn to work as a team member and probably the most important thing is that you will get to know yourself!
Consultancy Week – half year
Organise a Consultancy Week for 25 academic real estate students with different study backgrounds and universities. During the week students work in a multidisciplinary team on a case study from a consultant’s perspective.
FRESH Career - whole year
Work on making FRESH Career the best jobs and internships site (www.workfresh.org), for real estate students and professionals, there is. Organise the Talent Day. The main idea behind the Talent Day is to give FRESH members a head start on the career market by offering them some fine work-shops and putting them in contact with future employers.
Symposium 2008 - half year
FRESH organizes in cooperation with BOSS (Delft) and Service (Eindhoven) a Real Estate Symposium. The main goal of annually organizes “ Het Vastgoedsymposium” is to inform academic students about a topical subject and/or development in the world of real estate.
International - whole year
Put FRESH on the international real estate map. Networking, organizing and communicating are the key words for this committee. Organise the yearly Foreign Activity.
FRESH Guide - half year
The FRESH Guide Committee is responsible for both lay-out and content of the Guide. Making the FRESH Guide requires a mix of creative and organizational skills.
Promotions – whole year
Organise 5 excursions and Informal Drinks in 5 different university cities. Students will visit real estate projects in an informal way. The commission also coordinate the promotion at universities and they organize fun promotionactions at the universities in Holland.
Study Trip – half year
Every year the Study Trip is organized in a city of interest to real estate students. The first trip went to Chicago, one of the most important financial centers of the world. The last five years FRESH visited New York City, Singapore, Hong Kong and Shanghai. In 2008 FRESH will visit the booming real estate city Dubai!
